The Virginia Citizens Militia is a Virginia non-stock corporation exempt under IRC §501(c)(3) as an educational and community service organization.

The mission of the Virginia Citizens Militia is to establish and maintain a well trained and well-armed militia to support and defend the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Constitution of the United States of America.

To the extent possible, the citizen members of the Virginia Citizens Militia will receive basic training in emergency medical care, firefighting, policing, disaster response and search and rescue.

Virginia Citizens Militia is soliciting financial contributions, which are deductible for federal and state income tax purposes, subject to any limitations imposed on the contributor by law.
